Well, today was my first work out with The TransFIRMation cd that I have from The Firm.  I didn’t make it the whole hour of the CD but I was pretty pleased for my first time.  I was impressed by the areas of my body that I could feel it.  I can feel it in my butt, my upper legs, my inner thighs and I feel great that I did it!  I finally did it!  I don’t know why that is so exciting other than I have wanted to do it for so long and I just didn’t do it.  Tomorrow is another day and I am going to go to the Firm’s website and see what they reommend for a work out schedule for beginners.  I may just do this one CD that came in the set for the first week and see how far my endurance lets me get. 

I kinda got this idea today when I saw the commercial for the Julie/Julia blog.  I am going to start working out with The Firm and chart my success (I only say success because after this very first workout I know it will be)… on this blog.  If I can find one of those seamstress tape measures that I know I have somewhere, I will even get someone to track my measurements for me.  I will, however include pictures along the way and even keep track of the size clothes I am wearing and when I can get in a new size.

Oh, it’s not so great. I have been trying to do better with what I have been eating but it is a real struggle. There have been so many stresses over the summer and just in general.
I really want to join Weight Watchers again but I really can’t afford the money every month. I have an older plan of theirs, so I should just follow that one and not worry about joining right now but I really seem to do better when I have a meeting to go to and weigh in. Not only can I see how well I have done but I want to do well and not gain so I do better then too.
